工作职责:

Mission

- To study the organization of production systems and processes, in a defined and limited area, to help improve the economic performance, in a context of total quality and cost within the framework of the Business Plan.

Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to carry out optimization, waste elimination and rationalization studies and to propose justified solutions regarding to certain areas in the organization system and/or production process, for the purpose of a continuous improvement in productivity and cost reduction
- Define key indicators and constitute standards and make sure appropriate follow-up is accomplished.
- Provide tools and training to targeted people to improve their overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with related departments (HR, workshop management and etc.) to ensure the successful implementation of the proposed correction/improvement plan.
- Create and/or keep updated Michelin Quality System (MQS) documentation and ensure its consistency with Group requirements.
- Make contribution to improve ergonomic and safety conditions of the workshop

Qualifications

- University graduated with major in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry Engineering etc.
- With at least 2 years of working experience in MNCs (preferably manufacturers of industrial products) as Industrial Engineer, Process-control Engineer or Internal Controller (mechanical engineering background)

Location: Shanghai HQ

Job Description:
- Guarantee the coherence and co-existence of technical components, within the overall enterprise architecture;
- Investigate and maintain full ‘As-Is’ architectural environment, design strategic ‘To-Be’ landscape and evolutional roadmap, create application and system convergence plan align with enterprise standards;
- Develop and monitor systems reduction approaches, including working through portfolio process to get the projects funded to reduce the number of IT systems in use;
- Define conceptional design for IS/IT projects at strategic level;
- Evaluate and benchmark software components, tools, methodologies, hardware facilities in the market;
