Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责

Ensure that the F&B Sales operations are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel regulations have been appropriately implemented.

Oversee the preparation and updating of LBFS Departmental Operations Manuals.

Conducts regular departmental communication meeting and ensure that briefings and meeting are effective.

Prepare with the F&B Sales team, a yearly marketing plan which is in line with the Food and Beverage annual marketing plan.

Continuously seeks marketing and public relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.

Set up personal plan for each sales manager in accordance with monthly and annual business plan of F&B Sales.

Establish data base, responds to the results of the consumer audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

建立客户资料，对于客户调查结果做出回应并落实相应的改善措施。

Concern Ｏn all the change trend of customer, analysis the reason and provide according advice to Director of Food and Beverage.

Works closely with other outlet managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing Ｏn the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Assists in the recruitment and selection of F&B - Sales associates. Adheres to hotel guidelines when recruiting and uses a competency-based approach to selecting employees.

Maximize the efficiency of associates by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching and / or mentoring.

Work out departmental duty roster, ensure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.

Ensure that associates follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

Preferred Skill and Qualification 任职要求

College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.

大专以上学历，酒店/餐厅管理专业或有同等经验者优先

Minimum Ｏne year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.

至少一年酒店或餐饮相关行业的行政工作经验，或同等工作经验。

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

要求英语的阅读、写作和口语能力。

Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。
